Therapy for me

Therapy for my child
We offer in-person and online therapy. We’ll match you with one of our therapists who fits your needs and preferences.
Our therapists can help you work through a range of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, relationships, trauma, grief, addiction and more.
Meet with your therapist when and how you want, in-person or online.
Therapy can help you recognize and change unhelpful thought patterns, cope with overwhelming emotions, and create new, healthy behaviors.
Court-related assessment and programs utilize a combination of skill-building and process based interventions such as theories of addictive behavior, relapse prevention, recovery concepts, coping strategies, and decision making.
You can get therapy in three ways: meeting with your therapist in-person, speaking over the phone with your therapist, or video conferencing with your therapist. You can use different ways at different times as you wish, based on your needs, availability, and convenience.
Please visit our mandated counseling page for more information about clinical assessments, classes and groups.
In most cases within 7 business days, or less.
