Couples spend an average of 6 years in an unhappy relationship before they seek help. Couples counseling is an opportunity for two people making a decision to be in a committed relationship to share their thoughts and emotions about core beliefs, expectations, boundaries, and hopes for the future, as well as work through any concerns or hesitations one might have about the relationship in a safe environment.
